مردم شماری کے دوران غلط بیانی قابل جرم۔ چودھری احسن پر یمی

پاکستان میں 19 سال کے بعد چھٹی مردم و خانہ شماری کا آغاز 15 مارچ سے ہوگا ،اس کا اختتام 25 مئی کو ہوگا جبکہ دو مراحل سے گزر کر یہ عمل مکمل ہوگا۔گزشتہ اتوار کواسلام آباد میں مردم شماری کے حوالے سے وزیرمملکت برائے اطلاعات مریم اورنگزیب نے میڈیا کو تفصیلات سے آگاہ کیا جبکہ ان کے ہمراہ پاک فوج کے شعبہ تعلقات عامہ آئی ایس پی آر کے ڈائریکٹر جنرل میجر جنرل آصف غفور اور ادارہ شماریات کے سربراہ آصف باجوہ بھی موجود تھے۔مریم اورنگزیب نے بتایا کہ مردم شماری کا پہلا مرحلہ 15 مارچ سے شروع ہوکر 15 اپریل تک جاری رہے گا جس کے بعد لاجسٹکس کی منتقلی کے لیے 10 روز کاوقفہ ہوگا اور اس کے بعد دوسرا مرحلہ شروع ہوگا جو 25 مئی تک جاری رہے گا۔انہوں نے بتایا کہ 'پہلی مرتبہ خواجہ سراں کو بھی مردم شماری میں شامل کیا جائے گا اس کے علاوہ دہری شہریت رکھنے والے وہ افراد جو مردم شماری کے دوران ملک میں موجود ہوگا اسے بھی شامل کیا جائے گا۔مریم اورنگزیب نے کہا کہ اس عمل میں 'بلاتفریق ہر پاکستانی شہری کو شامل کیا جائے گا اور مردم و خانہ شماری کا مجموعی بجٹ ساڑھے 18 ارب روپے رکھا گیا ہے۔ تاہم ب

Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal, injured in firing incident

Associated Press Service May 6,2018 Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal has been shifted to Services Hospital Lahore for surgical treatment. He was shifted by the Punjab Chief Minister's helicopter from Narowal to Old Lahore Airport. Later, he was shifted to the Surgical Unit One of the Services Hospital amid tight security. The Hospital Doctors have termed his condition out of danger. Strict security measures have been placed inside and outside the Services Hospital to avoid any untoward incident. Earlier, Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal was injured in a firing incident in a corner meeting at Kanjrur in Narowal this evening (Sunday). Reports say that the incident occurred when the Minister was going to his car after attending the corner meeting. Ahsan Iqbal was rushed to the District Headquarters Hospital, and given medical treatment.
